nagi at Sports Summit Madrid 2026

Innovation, water safety and partnerships that drive the future of sport

On June 17 and 18, nagi Smartpool was present at Sports Summit Madrid 2026, one of the most relevant international meetings for the sports ecosystem, held at IFEMA Madrid – Pavilion 8 | Stand D11.

For two days we shared space with institutions, federations, sports organizations, technology companies and leaders who are transforming the industry through innovation, technology and new ways of understanding the sports experience.

For nagi, this participation represented much more than an exhibition presence.

It was an opportunity to continue promoting a conversation that we believe is essential: integrating water safety as a strategic axis within the sport of the present and the future.

Technology with purpose

At nagi we develop technology to help create safer, smarter aquatic environments that are ready to respond to the real challenges of sports facilities, aquatic centers and training spaces.

Our vision goes beyond prevention: we believe that technology should become a tool capable of generating better experiences, optimizing operations, and adding value to athletic performance.

Sports Summit Madrid was the perfect setting to show how innovation applied to sport can simultaneously contribute to raising safety standards, boosting performance and opening new opportunities for the evolution of the sector.

Every conversation, demonstration, and encounter at our Stand D11 reinforced a conviction that guides our work:

The future of sport is built when technology protects, provides knowledge, and helps people and organizations reach their full potential.

Sharing space with organizations that are driving the future of sport

One of the most valuable aspects of this edition of Sports Summit Madrid was the institutional and strategic level of the forums and conversations that shaped the event’s agenda.

In this context, the participation of representatives from two organizations with which we maintain strategic alliances and of which we are proud partners had a particularly relevant meaning for nagi:

  • Ángel Martínez, representing the Royal Spanish Swimming Federation (RFEN).
  • Laura Baza, Director of Institutional Relations and Projects of the Royal Spanish Lifesaving and Rescue Federation (RFESS).

Seeing key figures from both entities actively participating in conversations about the future of sport, innovation, and the evolution of the sector reinforces a vision we share at nagi: the development of the sports ecosystem requires collaboration between technology, institutions, and organizations that drive change.

For us, being part of this environment and continuing to build alongside strategic partners represents an opportunity to continue bringing safety, performance and innovation to an increasingly relevant role within the sport.

These partnerships reflect a common vision: to build safer, smarter, and future-proof sporting environments.

We continue building the future of water safety

Sports Summit Madrid leaves us with new connections, new opportunities, and the certainty that the conversation about technology and security within sports is growing.

At nagi we will continue working to lead this evolution and demonstrate that innovation not only improves processes:

It also protects lives and transforms experiences.

Thank you to everyone who visited us during these days of the fair!

See you in the next edition
